Our block heater had a plug on it befor, it was loose and belive it may have fell under the vehicle and maybe got caught under tire and been ripped out, but not sure, where would I find the block heater so I can examine it and see if the plug was ripped out or if it is still connected and just out of visual sight, where would I find the block heater? Cold here in canada and car wont start due to cold, would like to plug it in

Freeze plugs lol havent seen on that engine block. All the block heaters I seen were installed right where the dipstick tube goes into the block facing the radiator.
