1993 Cutlass Ciera.1&4 is firing. 5&2 and 6&3 is not firing.what do i need to do to get them to fire?

I just replaced the engine on a 1993 cutlass ciera s 3.3l.
1&4 is firing. 5&2 and 6&3 is not firing.what do i need to do to get them to fire?
