1993 Mitsubishi Diamante 3.0 DOHC misfire

I have a 1993 diamante that has 2 dead cylinders, # 3 and 6, I replaced the ECM with a rebuild, I could not afford a NEW one, seems to not be getting a signal from ECM to power transistor, Oh yeah I replaced it too. The tach is not reading either

This 2-dead cylinders what is the compression on it-if its low its useless to replace the computer its not gonna fix the problem-

Now if you just put it on the computer to tell you about the misfires then there are a few things it could be if you actually checked each cylinder if they are firing then you need to replace the cylinders.
