My car cuts out if I accelerate too quickly, what could cause this? I'm not sure

"Cuts out"? "Accelerate too quickly"? Do you mean the engine shuts off if you try and go 0-60 in less than 4 seconds? Or it starts bucking and juking if you try to drive over a certain speed?

If I accelerate slowly it goes fine. If I push the gas petal passed half way down it acts like it isnt getting enough gas and seems to cut out. Doesnt shut off. Just kind of puts up to speed

Check fuel pressure and check for vacuum leaks.
