How do indicators operate?
As I understand you must turn 45 degrees or more for indicators to self cancel.

For most vehicles the steering wheel has to be turned 45 degrees or more for the self canceling mechanism to work.

The indicators flashes when the flasher relay is activated by any circuit becoming complete.
