No start

1993 honda accord overheated because coolant leaked out via radiator. After cooled was parked 6 months now will not start. No water in the oil. No coolant in cylinders but when I pulled spark plugs they had oil on them mostly 2 and 3 I cleaned them checked spark I have spark on them and I have fuel going in to cylinders. This is a revision to my earlier question.

If both fuel and spark is present-check the valve and ignition timing, this will lead you to problems
with compression and valves opening and closing at the wrong time/broken or jumped timing
belt/chain.
