Broken spark plug

I was removing my spark plugs from my 1993 honda accord and one broke off and the threaded part is still in the engine. How can I get it out?

If it broke off, it's likely because the threads seized and you may be looking at a new head to repair that.

This can be repaired successfully, but the head will have to come off, otherwise the ceramic insulator and metal fragments will enter the cylinder and do potentially serious damage.
