1993 Holden Rodeo starting issues

Hi, I have a rodeo and you turn the key and only the fuel pump will cycle, I've checked the battery witch is at 13 volts, I've change the relay and checked the fuses and still nothing

Check that you have 12V at the small solenoid terminal on the starter with the key on crank, and 12 V at the main starter cable all the time, if this is ok, the starter is faulty, let me know what you find.

Hey I left it for a couple of days and it started with no issues and now wont star again I get a constant 12v at the soloniod but I occasionally get 12v when cranked
