Setting engine timing

hi my name is Matt i have a 1993 gmc serria 4wd with a 5.7 L tbi i cant read the numbers on the timing tab it has three points and what looks like 3 numbers i would like to know which number or point is 0 at tdc

1500 series

You need to get something like brake cleaner that will clean out the grease so you can read it.
