A METAL HOSE BUSTED THAT RUNS ON THE BACK OF MY ENGINE CAUSING ALL OF MY COOLANT TO RUN OUT, WHAT IS THIS HOSE OR ROD CALLED?

Probably a heater hose if it's about an inch in diameter.

If it's under water pump going down under engine get part from junk yard since they dont sell it anymore as far as I know. If it's a different pipe for heater core feed you can replace with rubber heater hose or make your own out of metal tubing.

If its the hose that fixitmr is talking about he is correct about a junk yard mine is busted and I had to temp fix it with jb weld its called a radiator/cooling hose
