Hello I have a 93 ford mustang lx 4cyl. It sometimes starts when I jump it and other times it dont. And when it does run its like have have no gas power. What do you think it may be

Have the battery and charging system checked for out put and condition of battery

I just replaced the Alternator and Spark Plug wires and the battery. Still same issue.

There is a fusible link that runs from the relay to the ignition switch. Iti has a red wire then two yellow wirescheck to make sure that the yellow wires are connected good to the link as this can cause that. There are also tow other links that go for charging an done of theose may be bad or partially hooked up. You'll have to check all of them, they should be fairly easy to see. Check your fuel pressure also. Depending on engine szie it should be 30-45 psi.
