Why does driver side rear brake drag? Just replaced drums, cylinders, emergency brake cables, brake shoes, & axle seals but problem persists.

DO YOU HAVE THE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SHOES IN THE CORRECT POSITIONS?

LIKE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY REVERSED. OR

.2 PRIMARY'S ON ONE SIDE OF TRUCK.2 SECONDARY'S ON THE OTHER?

ARE THE SHOES CORRECT FOR YOUR TRUCK?DIAMETER AND WIDTH. CELL PHONES SLAVERY SEEMS TO PLAY A BIG PART IN GETTING/ NOT GETTING "CORRECT" SERVICE FROM MANY BUSINESSES
