Truck starts but boggs down in gear

My truck will start and it revs up while in park but once I put it in gear it almost shuts off and sputters if I try to drive it it shakes and wont get u speed. I have changed the fuel pump dist. Cap rotar, plugs are good. Checked my trouble codes yesterday it said bad throttle position sensor. I was happy thought I finally had it but I bought one and it dont work still any ideas what I coud try next? Would a map sensor cause this prob I am lost now

Are there any codes now that you replaced the throttle position sensor?

Just the codes that say battery has been unhooked in last 50 starts which is normal and a code for end of error message the tps code is gone but I unhooked battery to do it

The code doesn't tell you what to replace. It just tells you, the computer thinks there is a problem on that circuit. Did you check the tps circuits before replacing anything? Can you tell if the system is running rich or lean?
