93 Dodge AC / starter fuse

I have a 1993 Dodge dakota 2wd, 318 5.2, we have had lots of work done, ( new starter, tune up, new water pump, new hoses, brakes.) Now when we use the fan, the truck blows the main fuse (marked starter/ ac clutch), (fuses under the hood next to battery) And the truck will not start again, no life in it at all. Need to replace 30 amp fuse every time we use the fan. All ready disconnected the ac clutch did not help. Please help?

Did you try disconnecting the cooling fan?

Unplug the Fan Control Relay in Power Distribution Center and test if problem occurs.

The truck does not have a fan clutch. May be the blower motor resistor?

It is the radiator cooling fans, whihch are electrical. The fuse is for the starter and cooling fans, not the blower motor fans.

The truck does not have an electric fan on the radiator!

Sorry the wiring schematics in our database are not very precise and I got the schematic mixed up with 2.5 L engines.

Did you pull out the AC clutch relay to test?
From schematic, the resistor and blower motors do not seem to be run by this fuse.
Did you try disconnecting the blower motor and test if fuse blows?
