1993 Chrysler Town and Country Digital dash failure

The instrument cluster does NOT HAVE rotary gauges, it has vertical illum, columns. It went black some time ago. Where I live there is "nobody" that can deal with this. (Language problem). My question; is there a way
I can bench test this beast in order to determine if the problem is in the cluster panel, of under the hood etc?

Just check to see if you have power going to various gauges on pins that plug in to cluster. See pic
