1993 Chevrolet Lumina VERy poor accelleration, 5.4 MPH

I inherited this car. It hadn't been driven in 16 years. It was garaged. I replaced the Spark plugs, spark wires and check ignition coils and firing order. They are all fine! There are no engine codes. Yet acceleration is EXTREMELY poor and fuel mileage 5.4 MPH. There is a strong smell of unburned fuel at tail pipe. Please help me I am at wits end! David Sr.

Scan for codes cross A & B at aldl below dash on lh side turnkey on to get codes. Check fuel pressure with gauge auto parts rent it, then get back to us the check engine light will flash in series. You can go to repair on our service then look upu OBD1 codes.
