When ever I put my 93 Lt1 z28 camaro to the floor, my check engine light comes on. Then shuts off after about 10 seconds. Meanwhile the car shutters a little bit. Afterward I can release my clutch on a hill and put it to the floor and the car cuts out really bad. Why?

Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis, finding out what's going on.
