1993 Blazer with 4.3 Vortec will now not start cold. Runs great after we spray fluid in the intake, itstarts all the rest of the day.

You need to have your fuel pressure checked. It sounds like it is not getting fuel when you first try to start it. You need to hook up a gauge before you try to start it when it is cold, then see what the pressure is when you are trying to start it.

The next thing you need to check is if the fuel injectors are letting fuel in. You will need a tool called a "noid light". These are available at most any auto parts store. Just make sure they give you one that will work for your vehicle.

We had a new spyder assbly installed, and new sensors, and new regulators, and over $1000 in all on this thing last fall.
Why does it run perfectly after the first start? Ran fine yesterday after we got it started, ran fine today after first start(sprayed into the intake with fluid) Does this worse every week now.
We drove it all over town today, but it won't start first time tomorrow again? It can sit for a few hours, but not over night.

That is why you need to do the test I told you. To see if the injectors are firing. There is no other way to figure this out except to keep doing the diagnostics.
