Is there a cabin ECU that controlls dash fuel and climate contolls

1993 60 special, has no fuel management or temp controlls working, no power, intermitant at times, blower on full, when system goes out. Also runs rough and stalls when this happens, and cant seem to get onboard diagnosticts to work.

1 of the panels is bad. Remove fuel data center and unplug. Does the a/c panel start working?If no plug it back in and unplug the a/c panel. Does the fuel center work?If still nothing the bcm is bad. Thanks for using 2carpros
