Facing the front of the vehicle, there is a small plug (in a rubber grommet)that is in the top of the left side of the radiator on the side facing the engine. The plug looks like a white standard head screw althought the plug has no threads. This plug has popped out for the second time and was lost on this second expulsion. As a result, the raditotr system is open and fluid is lost.

Most likely the screw expands the plug when turned clockwise. It's probably been too loose.
