All of a sudden my a/c, power windows (they are now up-ok for rain but Houston is heading into the inside-of-closed-car-is-a-sauna season), radio, clock, power locks, and all interior lights except the shift indicator, went out while I was backing out from a parking place. Engine starts and works, turn signals work, head and tail lights work. I checked fuses next to battery, and fuses and relay can for main power in the compartment over the radio in the center of the dash and they all are ok. I bought the car used and it did not come with any manuals. I have googled and searched the Chilton book for where the circuit breakers are located but cannot find anything, and I know the car has breakers somewhere besides the dash fuse center. Where can I find them and how do I test/know if this is the problem? Thanks for any help.

I have read something about a kick panel which is near the door on the driver's side. I don't know where this is but I think that it is held in place with three screws, and is between the left most part of the dash under the interior light rheostat and the carpet. I just found this this evening, and am going to look under there tomorrow to see if the circuit breakers are there. I have changed out the items 32 and the cylindrical item next to it on the fuse holder panel shown above. Those didn't fix the problem, and I think it is in the circuit breaker collection.
