Car won't idle

Car would start and idle high, because I turn up the idle, but when I turn down the idle the car engine stop. The mixture screw is set ok. No matter what I do, it will start then stop, if I take my foot off the gas pedal. What could be the problem?

Clean out the idle air control valve and the EGR valve and see what happens-Also check fuel pressure

Idle air valve is on throttle body and has coolant lines going to it.

It is best NEVER to sdjust idle screw, until you find problem.
