My car is Toyota Camry Prominent 1992. My engine is 4VZ-FE. My radiator fan is hydraulic. Recently I have changed my engine, transmission, power motor, AC compressor etc with a recondition unit. After installation of these recondition units, when I went to a taste drive I found a very big problem. My hydraulic cooling fan started revving faster than it should- in sync with acceleration but louder. It only happens when my engine reaches to a certain temperature. At that time it feels like I am going to blow up my entire cooling system (mostly the fan), because the fan starts to rev at a very very high speed in sync with my accelerator. Also at that time my car doesn't want to move faster. It feels like all the acceleration power is taken by the hydraulic motor. After driving sometime in this condition, one of my cooling pipe got leaked. After replacing the pipe with a newer one, it got leaked again. Seems like it can't take that much pressure.

When is engine is cold, this problem doesn't occur. It occurs only when it reaches to a certain temperature and when the auto fan is on.

Is there any problem with the solenoid valve or the ECU? Please let me know. Cause my mechanic can not find the problem at all.

It feels like the ECU is not controlling the hydraulic pressure by monitoring engine and air conditioner operation perfectly.

If it's hydraulic what happens is the fluid inside heats up then locks the fan to go same as engine speed it's normal.

The fan is going up and down with engine speed, it would seem to me the solonoid valve is stuck open - and when I rev the engine I build up more pressure (which the valve is not controlling) thereby spinning the fan faster. It could also be the fan ecu not working properly.
