No heat or A/C

A/c and heat worked prior to having a leaking heater core professionally replaced. Now the blower motor wont come on at any speed setting and now the a/c dosent work either. Is it the blower motor. I checked blower mtr fuse inside the fuse box inside the car and it is good

If you got car back from shop and this stuff did not work I would be right back to shop asking why!

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
