What make a Maxima engine lock up

Just put fuel injectors in. Tried to crank car and it locked up

Did you verify this by manually turning the crankshaft.

No. I just turn the ignition switch and heard cluncky sounds and tried it again then it wouldnt do nothing

**No crank at all/nothing/nada when key is engage to starting position

Could be a blown fusible link, the starter, starter relay, clutch switch/park and neutral switch/transmission position switch and ignition switch assuming the battery condition and connections are good. Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.

I tried cranking the car but it want turn over just a click sound could that be the starter.

You left the key on to long. Charge the battery or you can jump start it from another car. Leave the cables hooked up for 10min if it starts.
