When I start my car this white smoke comes from the back and even when I push my foot all the way down on the pedal it goes 35 max. What appears to be wrong with the car?

White smoke from the tail pipe is a sign of burning engine coolant due to a leaking head gasket. You should find the coolant level is low too. Engines don't run on coolant very well.
