1992 Isuzu Truck Isuzu sputters and stalls

Was running jus fine then it started sounding rough then it started sputtering and stalled. Started again and it turns over yet it continues to sputter then stall.

Need to check the tune up parts first. Cap, rotor, plugs, and wires. Don't forget the fuel filter and the air filter

I did a full tune up and I still have the same results. She turns over and starts but it sounds really rough, when revved, it sounds better but as soon as you lift off the accelerator, it sounds rough again then sputters and stalls.
