OCCASIONALLY WHEN IM DRIVING THE DASH LIGHT (CHECK TRANS) WILL START FLASHING AND THE CAR WONT SHIFT. IF I PULL OVER WAIT A SECOND AND RESTART THE CAR IT IS FINE.

We were able to jump the ecm (we didnt have scan tool) and it flashed for a code 12 which means everything seems okay. Is there a way to jump the TCM without using the scan tool?
