Hello, I was wondering what would happen if I close the springs on my 92 honda accord. I really want to lower it the right way but buying the coilovers and or springs is too expensive and someone told me that they sell lowering adaptors at autozone and I went to check them out but I want to be sure that theyll work and wont affect my car in any way. The adaptors just basically close the springs.

We only recommend factory recommended repairs to vehicles. What you described doesn't sound like a good idea. The ride of the vehicle will change, it will require alignment. I realize you want to lower it, but I don't recommend it.
