Car loosing Power

My 92 mustang 3.2 will be running fine going 60mph and then all of a sudden it starts shaking and loosing power.

First, scan your computer for codes. This may eliminate the guess work. Also, I'll need more details. Such as does it do this at only 60, and after it loses power, does the engine die or straighten out? When was your last tune up?
