I have a 1992 ford f150 that vibrates at 30-40mph. Sometimes it's smooth, sometimes it causes me to let off the excellerator. Do you know what the cause can be?

Bad motor mount or drive shaft issue? Is the vehicle in overdrive when this happens?

No, it isn't in overdrive. Do you think that this could be caused by a bad transmition. Though it isn't slipping. I do know that it needs rebuilt.

I guess the way to find out is to have it rebuilt? Then post again if the same problem is happening.
