I have had my crankshaft seal replaced also the oil pan gasket. And I still have a leak now the mac. Wants to replace the oil pan. Is this just bad work or is replacing the pan needed. The leak has stayed the same after the fix. It is not comming from above have had the valve cover gasket also replaced.

Nobody knows that except the guy inspecting the car. Oil leaks can be hard to resolve because you have to repair one to know if anything else is leaking. You always start at the highest point and work down. I would have expect him to have seen some of this stuff earlier though.
