I have a 1992 Ford Escort and the locks work like this. There is no power lock button installed by ford inside. If I lock the drivers side door then the rear locks lock and if I lift the drivers side lock the rear locks unlock. But this only is working sometimes and I have to manually lock all of them. Any idea how to get to the problem. Also my rear hatch wiper stays on and I have to pull the fuse for it to go off any help would b appreciated. Thx

Did you have this added by someone with an alarm system?

I bought this car a few days ago. Theres nothing that would suggest an alarm was installed.I wasnt told there was one.

The only way they can act like this is if there is aftermarket locks if there is no factory lock system

have it checked at a shop to verify.
