When I start the truck no check engine light and it drives fine, after a little while of driving the check engine light comes on and after some time the truck acts crazy and like bogs down quite a bit and even at times if you floor it, it diesn't really move just crawls at like 15 mph. Tried to use an obd1 scanner but it wouldn't work so I did the jump wire trick and counted the flashes I think I got 12, 13, 15, 23 and even like 327. Brand new cap and rotor and a rew wires, nothing. Replaced egr and egr solenoid with a used one from a 92 bronco with 164k nothing. Swapped map sensor and nothing. Closed up all vaccum leaks I found. Cleaned egr with some gumout. Disconnected the o2 sensor, that seemed to work the best, with the o2 sensor disconnected the light took forever to come on but it indeed came on and then without fail shuttered shortly after. Please give me any and all advise.

One of the codes is for a coolant temp swensor. Atually two of them are so try replacingthat. Another is for the tps so try cleaning around it and throttle plate to see if it makes a difference. The last one is for evap circuit. See if your cannister pruge valve is working, it sholdn't work until 30 mph so see if it's open at idle. It should have a vacuum line going to it and a return. If vacuum is coming out one side of swith then it's bad. Its' a red switch/connector under the hood or a line could have ahole in it.
