1992 Dodge Truck computer malfuction I think

Many things not working, no overdrive, speedometer does not move, brand new alternator does not charge, headlights only brights come on, A/C don't work either, radio stop working

Check batteries for condition including load test then have a local pro scan for codes. Also check all fuses and fusible links under hood
