1992 Dodge Dynasty Hood release is not working

Tried pulling on it nothing it spins a little I think it broke but how can I get in the hood

You'll have to try to get it from the bottom either with a long screwdriver os something similar to that. You may have to pull a panel to get to it however. Some you can reach through the grill It may need a hooked end to operate it. Also if it feels like it's working smash palm of hand on location and it may pop up. If it does that the lube the latch as the cable may not be broken.
