Need to replace 2 broken rear springs how do I remove from frt brackets

Can access nut but bracket wraps around spring I need to pull bolt out but have no access part of bracket is bented to hold end

Brackets are riveted to frame need to r/r springs

Okay. There is a bolt that retains the spring assembly to the bracket. Remove that for the spring only. I usually grind off the rivits to remove it all and replace it with case hardened bolts.
