I have a 1992 Chevrolet Suburban 454 engine, It will start if we poor fuel into the TBI, but will not start otherwise. We have taken the fuel line off and know it is getting fuel. What else could be the problem?

Fuel pump is working since we get fuel up through the lines, we disconnected the fuel lines and tested them, it just doesn't start until we poor fuel into the TBI, we also checked the injectors, they seem to be getting fuel as well.
