Hi, I have been looking to get rid of my 3.4 engine in my 92 lumina. A friend of mine told me a gm 3.8 will fit in my car. After looking at the expenses to keep my 3.4 up to date are very high. My question is will a 3.8 fit in my car and bolt up to my 5 speed transaxle? Thank you Joel

Yes, it will but it is a huge project involving wiring harness, exhaust, and some fabrication as this was not an option for this car in that year.

For the cost of the changeover, it would be cheaper to have a re built motor installed.
