Replacing my serpentine belt

I"m replacing my serpentine belt on my 1992 Buick century. I Have loosen the bolt in the middle of the pulley but it is still tight can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Hwat engine?The pic i'm sending is for a 3.3L and 3.8L the tensioner has to be moved towrds alternator. To remove belt. You shold halso replace the tensioner if replacing the belt.

U will need a half in. Breaker bar. Look at the tensioner its spring loaded. There is a spot on the tensioner to put the bar in then pull on the bar. This release the belt so u can remove and install. Push it once to remove it. Then again to insall.
