1991 Saturn L200 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 190,000 miles. I am thinking about buying a 1991 Saturn from a private car lot for my teenage daughter to kick around in and everything about this car is a go except the speedometer and the odometer do not work. Is this something major to repair? Can you give me an approximate price to fix this problem.

It depends on how the instrument cluster is designed. If it is cable driven, it shouldn't be a huge repair bill (less that $50.00 for parts and maybe a couple hours labor). But if it is electronic, it may need a new instrument cluster. Post back if you have further questions.
