Vehicle dies in idol after the engine warms up. The person I bought it from told me he replaced the fuel pump and I even have the receipt, so im not sure if its the fuel pump or something else to cause the loss in pressure.

I would begin this diagnosis by checking the fuel pressure. A gauge can be found for rental at most good autoparts stores. Was the fuel filter replaced when the pump was? It's also possible that the fuel filter may be plugged.

Some fuel rails have a test port called a schrader valve. If yours is not equipped with one, you would have to tee into it. Trust the mechanic that took the fuel pressure measurement. Sometimes even new ones are faulty.
