Is there a sequence to the two TBIs in the carburetor

I am having problems with get the TBIs in the carburetor. I know there are soposed to be twelve volt to one of the wires that connect to them. I also realise there is between.08 OHMs to 1.4 OHMs with nothing connected. My problem is The wiring to the two TBI Injectors I know atleast one has to be 12 volts but is the other one a negitive or another 12 volts and is the ant type of a sequence to this wiring?

Both should have battery voltage on wiring connector

I know both of the injectors should have power. What I am speaking of is there are two wires to each injector. So what should be the volts on each of the four wires?Should all four have tweleve volts straight from the battery or should only two of them? How do they know when to spray? Is the another power sorce from witch the receive the power?

The computer grounds the other wire to sncrhonize the injectors
