The car makes a clicking noise when I try and start it. It does not start or turn over. Is this a starter problem?

Have you tried jump starting it?
Is it just a single click noise or fast repeating multiple clicks?

I have tried to jump it and the battery seems to hold a charge, all the lights/radio stuff works. It makes a single click then nothing at all. After a couple of times of trying to start it, it stops making any noises all together.

That could be a bad starter but would also make sure the engine isn't seized by putting a socket on the crankshaft bolt and seeing if you can turn the engine by hand.

Alright thanks for the help. How hard should it be to turn the crankshaft bolt?

It doesn't matter as long as it turns.

The motor cranks by hand, so it must be the starter. Thanks for the help!

Not automatically. There are other things in the circuit that can cause it and it really should be tested properly.
