I haven't started my car in over 6 months. Gave it a boost and it started fairly quick, but about a minute after I took off the cables it died completely. No power whatsoever. I did this about 6 times. The battery is only about 3 years old, but since it hasn't been charged in a while do I need a new battery or could it be something else?

DEFINITELY REMOVE THE BATTERY TAKE IT TO AN AUTO PARTS STORE AND HAVE IT TESTED

THIS WILL DETERMINE WHICH WAY TO INVESTIGATE NEXT. EVEN BRAND NEW STUFF CAN BE BAD

IF THEY DETERMINE YOU NEED A NEW BATTERY. AND YOU HAVE NO WARRANTY LEFT.

DON'T BUY IT YET!

RETURN HERE AND I'LL TRY TO SAVE YOU SOME $$$. LAST FELLER I EXPLAINED THE DEAL TO, SAVED ABOUT $40 OFF OF A $136 BATTERY

THIS IS NOT HARD, AND YOU HAVE PROBABLY OVERLOOKED THIS MANY TIMES

KEEP ME INFORMED
