I just changed the door pins but it still sags

I just changed the pins in the drivers side door of my 1991 chevy c1500, but it still sags to low to close anymore. What do I do next? I just purchased this truck and am having a hard time alligning the drivers side door.

Hi well if the pins are tight. Then you need to adjust the hinges

Yep, that's what I figured, but with them being welded in place. HOW?

Only one side is welded one side is bolted other wise you could never change the doors.
