Load test the battery it may be bad. Check the voltage at the starter and for start signal when you turn the key to crank.

Prove the battery condition first, do not presume anything is ok, do the load test first.

We have put a different battery in it and it still is doing it and its a good battery

Then you have a bad connection somewhere. You'll need a voltmeter or test light to check this out. Check to see if the negative cable has a good ground. Follow the voltage on the red wire that goes to the fuse box. Test the voltage at the fuse panel. You will need to start here.
