1991 Rs Camaro wont stay running till warmed up?

I have a 1991 Camaro RS that wont roll over in the morning or 2 hours after driven, When I hold the gas down it starts right up then stalls out when I take my foot off of the gas, If I hold the gas down for 10-15 min then it goes into idle after letting go of the gas. It will start right up after doing that until it sits for 2 hours or more then it is a repeat process. Any ideas to what would cause this?

Clean out the idle air control valve and see what happens

Could the throttle control sensor be the cause, its bad on the car
