V8 THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR
4.9L (VIN B)
NOTE:
All testing procedures are made with engine at normal operating temperature.
1. Turn ignition on with engine off. Install TPS Jumper Harness (J-38490) and
connect DVOM. Enter diagnostic mode and select PCM override E.5.3, ISC Motor.

2. Press the COOLER button to retract ISC motor to minimum air setting. Loosen
TPS screws enough to permit sensor to be rotated. Open throttle slightly and
allow throttle lever to snap shut against minimum air screw.

3. Adjust TPS. See TPS ADJUSTMENT VOLTAGE (V8) table. Tighten TPS
mounting screws. Recheck voltage reading.

Also I know you replaced the fuel pump but did you actual check the fuel pressure after replacing the pump?Also have you checked for. Trouble codes in the computer yet?
