Rough Idle

I have a 91 camaro 3.1L v6 and when it idles and when coming to a stop it is drops below 1000 rpms and bounces like its trying to die. My friends say it smells like its running rich. I have replaced the TPS, EGR, MAP, IAC, checked for vacuum leaks and if the fuel pressure regulator is leaking. Now im stumped.

What about oxygen sensor?

Pull plugs to see if running too rich. Maybe it's an injector issue?

New* oh and the old plugs looked like it was running fine but the smell of it smells like its running rich
